Shipping & Returns

Shipping

 

 

All products are shipped from the Netherlands. Our website accommodates shipments to the following countries. Please note that non-EU countries do not pay VAT, so this will be deducted from the purchase price in the check-out.

 

All shipments are sent securely with track and trace.

Shipping costs remain the same when ordering multiple items.

We do not ship to a P.O. box. Please provide a physical address.

 

Returns
 

Customers have the right to return the product within fourteen (14) days after the product has been delivered.

The customer must inform Lara Rose of its wish to return the product by sending an email to support@lararose.nl within the aforementioned period of fourteen (14) days after the product has been delivered to the customer. This email should include the following information: order number, name, phone number, email address and delivery address.

After receipt of this e-mail, Lara Rose will send an email back to the customer with all the steps to follow. After receipt of the e-mail, the customer will have an additional fourteen (14) days to return the product to Lara Rose. The customer must bear the costs for shipping the products to Lara Rose.

Returned products must be unused, undamaged and returned in its original packaging. Returns attempted without satisfying all of the aforementioned conditions, will not be accepted. Customers must bear the costs of shipping the goods to Lara Rose.

 

The customer is responsible for the chosen shipping method of the returns. The risk of the product will transfer to Lara Rose when Lara Rose has received the Product. This means that Lara Rose cannot be held responsible for any returns which are (for example) lost and/or damaged in the mail when being returned. We therefore advise you to choose for registered shipment, request tracking information and ensure the package containing the returned product(s). Lara Rose does not make any exceptions to this policy.

 

After receiving and accepting the returned products, Lara Rose will refund the total purchase price to the Client within fourteen (14) days.

If your package was damaged in shipment by the carrier, please save the box and the merchandise and notify us immediately.

 

Customs
 

All international packages in the EU, The United States of America and Canada, could be charged with customs fees upon their arrival in the country of destination. These costs are determined by the country of arrival. Lara Rose cannot be held accountable for these charges, the customer is responsible for handling the costs. Lara Rose cannot predict the amount of duties and taxes charged by the customs authorities as these charges vary widely. If you have other questions regarding duties and taxes in your country, please contact your local customs office.
